Returns information

We offer a refund or exchange for all returns received within 14 days from receipt of 'intent to return email'.

Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 5 working days from receipt of return.

Exchanges are processed within 7 days from receipt of return and are subject to item availability.

Please read the returns criteria below to ensure your item is eligible for return.

Returns criteria

Please ensure your return meets the following criteria ~

Item was purchased full price.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. 
A full priced item purchased with promotional code is considered a sale item.

Intent to return has been emailed to Fabric of Society
Intent to return must be emailed to within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will respond to your email with our return mailing address which is located in NSW, Australia.

Return item is in original condition.
Return items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Items must not be worn or washed. 

Fabric of Society receives your package within 14 days of 'Intent to Return' email. 
We understand there can be shipping delays and we recommend sending us the tracking details of your return.
Shipments received after 14 days without tracking details may not qualify for a return.
Return shipping is at customer’s expense. Please note Fabric of Society accepts no liability for lost or damaged items once shipped. Please purchase insurance if you do not wish to accept this liability. 

Fabric of Society reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above criteria has not been met. 

Faulty or damaged items

Please contact our customer care team at if you have encountered a faulty item.

Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.
If your item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
