Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email. 

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address.

Domestic shipping ~ Australia wide

We offer express and standard delivery options for all orders within Australia.

Standard | flat rate | $10 | Please allow 4-12 business days.
Express | flat rate | $15 | Please allow 3-5 business days.

We also offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders $250 and over.

International shipping

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We ship to the UK, Europe, America, New Zealand and South East Asia. Not in those regions? Please email us at and we will see what we can do. 

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 7-30 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. 

Track your order

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be emailed to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by numerous tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email. 

Currency, taxes and duties

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.

For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. 

For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries to most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. For these countries, we apologise that we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Fabric of Society is legally required to declare the entire dollar value paid on all international shipments and must provide an invoice for customs should they require. 

Changes to your order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available.

If you have made an error in your delivery address or details, please contact us immediately via our email 

If in the case your order has already been shipped, Fabric of Society accepts no responsibility for incorrect details that are entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

On the rare occasion that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation immediately. 

Item availability

Our inventory is automatically managed through our online system.

In the rare occurrence that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email or phone as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund or exchange.
